Grover Corlew transformed an aging Boca Raton office building, located at 1499 West Palmetto Park Road, into a state-of-the-art corporate midrise building. The 88,000-sq.-ft. Palmetto Place @ Boca Raton underwent a multi-million-dollar redesign and rebranding to include a new contemporary sunlit lobby, redesigned bathroom and common areas, and state-of-the-art elevators and mechanical systems.
Attracted to Palmetto Place @ Boca Raton’s new design and ideal location near I-95 and downtown Boca Raton, Hair Club for Men relocated its global headquarters to the building, which is also home to other national and international tenants.
