Hair Club for Men and Gift of Life Marrow Registry Relocate Headquarters to Grover Corlew Signature Office Properties in Boca Raton

State-of-the-art renovations at Palmetto Place@ Boca Raton and Sabre Centre I draw notable tenants

BOCA RATON, Fla. (May 8, 2019) – Two globally renowned businesses are keeping their headquarters in Boca Raton thanks to Grover Corlew, a real estate investment management group.

Hair Club for Men recently completed its headquarters move to Palmetto Park @ Boca Raton, 1499 West Palmetto Park Road, and Gift of Life Marrow Registry relocated its headquarters to Sabre Centre I, 5901 Broken Sound Parkway NW, both signature Grover Corlew properties.

Grover Corlew transformed the two aging Boca Raton office properties into state-of-the-art corporate midrise buildings, attracting Hair Club for Men, Gift of Life Marrow Registry and other notable tenants.

“These two properties represent the transformational work that we are known for,” said Partner Mark Corlew. “Prominent companies want the complete office experience which includes innovative designs, high-quality aesthetics and a strong property management team. We consistently exceed those expectations, which is why we are able to enjoy long-term tenant relationships.”

Hair Club for Men

Global hair restoration and replacement company Hair Club for Men has designed a new creative, modern workplace environment for more than 180 employees. The 23,130-square-foot Hair Club for Men headquarters reflects the same contemporary and collaborative feel of Palmetto Place @ Boca Raton’s redesign recently completed by Grover Corlew. Hair Club for Men’s expanded workspace encompasses the entire third floor and a portion of the first floor of the building.

Grover Corlew recently completed a multi-million-dollar redesign and rebranding of the 88,000-sq.-ft. Palmetto Place @ Boca Raton to include a new contemporary sunlit lobby, redesigned bathroom and common areas, and state-of-the-art elevators and mechanical systems. The property sits at the I-95 interchange on Palmetto Park Road and at the gateway to downtown Boca Raton with access to countless retail, dining, lodging and entertainment venues.

Gift of Life Marrow Registry

Gift of Life Marrow Registry, the bone marrow registry that strives to help cure patients suffering from blood cancer, has relocated its headquarters to a 17,465-sq.-ft. penthouse office in Sabre Centre I, also owned and managed by Grover Corlew. The luxurious top-floor office suite features sweeping views of walking trails, lakes and the Broken Sound golf course and sits within The Park at Broken Sound, a key Boca Raton sub market and revitalized commercial and residential hub.

Sabre Centre I was built in 1986 and was the former headquarters of Siemens Corp. Grover Corlew purchased the property in 2016, investing more than one million dollars into common area and mechanical upgrades and improvements. The 102,351-sq.-ft. building is in one of Palm Beach County’s best-known business parks and is also in close proximity to a highly desirable residential, business and technology corridor, I-95 and Yamato Road.

“Both of these updated Boca Raton properties are uniquely positioned in prime locations with easy access to major thoroughfares and upscale residential communities, which is important for tenants looking to attract potential employees,” said Partner Anuj Grover. “We are thrilled to be able to accommodate the needs of these two distinguished brands and keep them in this market.”
