With more than 30 years of property management experience throughout Florida, including oversight of retail shopping centers, central business districts (CBD) and suburban office buildings, industrial complexes and mixed-use assets, Laura Goetz joined Grover Corlew in 2017 as Vice President, Property Management.
Immediately prior to joining Grover Corlew, Laura had a distinguished career as District Manager for Stiles Property Management in Fort Lauderdale, responsible for overseeing approximately 3.5 million sq. ft. of retail and office space throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. Previously, Laura was a Regional Manager at Washington Real Estate Partners and in the same capacity at Brenner Real Estate Group, where she oversaw the South Florida property management division consisting of office, retail, industrial and flex space projects.
The first two decades of Laura’s career were spent as a Senior Property Manager with Terranova Corporation and Natapow Properties, Inc. Here she honed her managerial and supervisory skills working with large retail and office portfolios while also overseeing property managers.
Laura received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Florida Atlantic University. She has held a Florida Real Estate Salesperson License since 1988. Laura is also a member of the Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach Building Owners and Managers Association.
