Grover Corlew purchased both the Bank of America and Chase office properties in Pompano Beach in March 2015, recognizing the investment potential for the two buildings centrally located on East Atlantic Boulevard. Two years later, Grover Corlew began forging plans for the long-term redevelopment of the 2.85 acres of excess parking at both properties that included two now dormant drive-thrus.
In March 2022, Grover Corlew broke ground on its state of the art, mixed-use redevelopment featuring a 355-unit Class A multifamily complex, new upscale retail venues, reimagined office buildings, two structured parking garages and a pedestrian plaza that will redefine Pompano Beach’s eastern district. The transformational project will enhance the area’s walkability and connectivity to the beach. The expected completion is Spring of 2023.
