NASHVILLE (January 5, 2011) – Grover Corlew, a Florida-based real estate investment management group focused on acquiring, developing and operating office, retail and multi-family properties across the Southeast U.S., has acquired Willow Grove, a residential apartment complex at 308 Plus Park Blvd. in Nashville. The 244-unit complex is the first of several company acquisitions in the Nashville area.
Featuring a unique southern charm and lush landscaping, Willow Grove is centrally located and within close proximity to the coveted and growing midtown Nashville area. Built in 1973 and renovated in 2009, the complex features one, two and three-bedroom apartments, averaging 939 square feet. Grover Corlew plans to capitalize on Willow Grove’s unique attributes and reposition the complex in the Nashville marketplace by continuing to renovate the property.
