What We Do

Grover Corlew creates value at every stage of real estate investment, from acquiring properties to developing, managing and enhancing them.

Acquisitions

Identifying Opportunities

Grover Corlew takes a strategic approach to acquisitions, targeting office, multifamily and retail properties across Florida and the Southeast with strong cash flow and redevelopment potential. Each deal is evaluated based on the unique characteristics of the asset, with strategies that balance immediate value-add and long-term growth. Leveraging deep capital market expertise and strong investor relationships, Grover Corlew consistently delivers superior risk-adjusted returns.

Between 2011 and 2013, Grover Corlew identified an opportunity in the growing Nashville market, acquiring and repositioning thousands of multifamily units to achieve full occupancy and sell at a significant profit.

Development

Transformational Opportunities

With expertise in ground-up construction and redevelopment, Grover Corlew adds long-term value by reimagining properties for modern use. From entitlements and approvals to construction oversight, the team maximizes cost savings while maintaining quality. Strong partnerships with architects, contractors and vendors ensure seamless execution across every phase of development.

Project Highlight: In Pompano Beach, Grover Corlew reimagined two office properties and surrounding land into a $200 million mixed-use destination. The centerpiece, Mayla Pompano, is a 355-unit Class A multifamily community that is now complete and fully stabilized, complemented by new retail and a public plaza featuring the art installation Gather. This vibrant, walkable community enhances connectivity to the beach, while redevelopment of the adjacent office buildings continues as part of the long-term vision for a fully integrated live-work-play environment. In 2025, Mayla Pompano was awarded Multifamily Project of the Year from NAIOP South Florida. Visit livemaylapompano.com to learn more.

Building on this momentum, the Mayla Residences brand is expanding across South Florida with planned communities including Mayla Cypress in Fort Lauderdale, Mayla Hillsboro in Deerfield Beach and Mayla Delray in Delray Beach.

Asset Management

Grover Corlew’s asset management team, led by principals Mark Corlew and Anuj Grover, applies a disciplined, hands-on approach across a $1B portfolio of development, value-add and core-plus assets in the Southeast. We pair institutional-grade reporting with entrepreneurial execution to drive performance, elevate the tenant experience and position each asset to lead its competitive set.

“Each of our assets must perform at the highest level within its respective competitive set, both from an investment performance and customer experience perspective.”

Project Highlight: In Boca Raton, Grover Corlew completed a $60 million transformation of the two-building Palmetto Central campus at 1489 and 1499 West Palmetto Park Road, creating a cohesive Class A environment. 1499 was reimagined with a sunlit contemporary lobby, upgraded common areas and modern building systems, attracting national tenants and now serving as Grover Corlew’s headquarters. The five-story 1489 building delivers light-filled spaces with custom buildouts, full-height impact windows, private balconies, a signature tiered water feature at the entrance, structured parking with EV charging and green-building upgrades—ideally positioned just east of I-95 and minutes from the Boca Raton Brightline station.

Property Management

Grover Corlew’s property management team oversees more than 10 million square feet of office and multifamily space across the Southeast, focused on the highest level of personalized service. Qualified managers and onsite engineers provide daily care, coordinate renovations and tenant improvements, and keep costs and schedules tightly managed so properties perform and tenants thrive.

Project Highlight: At Orlando Central, a 46-acre office park, Grover Corlew delivered a comprehensive capital improvement program with custom buildouts and professional management—revitalizing the campus and earning BOMA Orlando’s Outstanding Building of the Year recognition.
