Ian Rybovich-Stanley has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Construction for Grover Corlew, the South Florida-based real estate investment management group and developer of multifamily and office properties.
Rybovich-Stanley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role and has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication throughout his career in the construction industry. With roots deeply embedded in his family’s legacy of boat building, Rybovich-Stanley’s passion for construction is evident in his unwavering commitment to excellence.
Since joining Grover Corlew in 2021 as senior construction manager, Rybovich-Stanley has made significant contributions to the company’s success. His attention to detail and meticulous approach have been instrumental in overseeing several high-profile projects totaling more than $100 million in value across South Florida, Orlando and Atlanta, including capital renovations of Grover Corlew’s Class A office properties in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach. Rybovich-Stanley ensures that each project is executed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

His responsibilities encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to final closeout, collaborating closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of projects.
Rybovich-Stanley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University. He is a resident of Boynton Beach, Florida.
