Grover Corlew completes $2.2 million in interior building enhancements for Resurgens Fayette Surgery Center and Resurgens Orthopaedics & Spine Center
FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. (October 26, 2017) – Florida-based real estate investment group Grover Corlew has completed the 30,195 sq.-ft. Fayette Surgical Building located in Resurgens Park in Fayetteville, Ga.
The building, located at 1335 Highway 54 West, is 100 percent leased by Resurgens Fayette Surgery Center and Resurgens Orthopaedics & Spine Center. Grover Corlew recently completed an additional $2.2 million in state-of-the-art interior enhancements for both tenants.

Grover Corlew broke ground on the Fayette Surgical Building in late 2016. Resurgens Fayette Surgery Center occupies 16,644 sq. ft. of space in the Fayette Surgical Building. Grover Corlew recently completed $1.25 million in tenant enhancements for the surgery center, which is focused on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for orthopaedic surgical procedures.
Resurgens Orthopaedics and Spine Center occupies the adjacent 13,551 sq. ft. of space in the Fayette Surgical Building. Grover Corlew recently completed $950,000 in tenant enhancements for the orthopaedic and spine center which offers both surgical and non-surgical treatment options for patients suffering from injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
Fayette Medical Building, also located in Resurgens Park, is a 17,500 sq.- ft. medical facility that has been leased by Resurgens, P.C. since 2006.
