Grover Corlew, recently spent an afternoon mentoring more than 50 teenagers at Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County JM Family Teen Center in Deerfield Beach. The session, focused on commercial real estate, gave teens the opportunity to learn from industry professionals and ask questions about the business.
The real estate investment and development group of multifamily and office properties in cities across South Florida, including Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach and West Palm Beach, shared insights about commercial real estate, offering valuable advice on careers in the field, the ins and outs of the industry, and how real estate development impacts communities. The group also took the time to interact with the teens, answer questions, and enjoy pizza together. As a gesture of appreciation for their participation, Grover Corlew handed out gift cards to the teens.
“We love partnering with impactful organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County and engaging with the teens in such a meaningful way,” said Mark Corlew, Partner at Grover Corlew. “We were excited to give them a glimpse into the commercial real estate industry and the many career avenues that are open to them that they may not have known much about.”
The state-of-the-art Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County JM Family Teen Center is located within close proximity to Grover Corlew’s five-building Class A office complex, Hillsboro Center. Grover Corlew will also soon break ground at Hillsboro Center on a new Mayla-branded luxury residence.

“This is our second year visiting with teens at the Boys & Girls Club in Deerfield Beach, and it’s always a highlight for us,” added Partner Anuj Grover. “It’s incredibly rewarding to give back by sharing knowledge that could inspire an interest in commercial real estate and contribute to their personal growth. We believe it is important to support the communities where we live and do business.”
