Pompano Beach-based real estate investment group Grover Corlew introduced its newest signature office property, Palmetto Place @ Boca Raton, at a recent South Florida Office Brokers Association luncheon.
The newly rebranded building, formerly Interstate Plaza, has recently undergone significant renovations to the lobby and tenant spaces with plans for exterior enhancements to the outdoor spaces and exterior facades.

During the luncheon, brokers learned more about the re1magined Class A office building, impending
