As president, Corlew is focused on strengthening the South Florida chapter by encouraging member engagement, elevating programming and reinforcing NAIOP’s value as a premier, industry-driven organization for commercial real estate professionals. His vision centers on fostering a dynamic, exclusive and compelling chapter experience that attracts both established leaders and the next generation of industry talent.

Corlew brings more than 30 years of experience in acquisitions, development and asset management to his leadership roles. Before co-founding Grover Corlew, Corlew began his career in Atlanta as an appraiser and consultant focused on RTC assignments, later joining CBRE, where he specialized in multifamily housing. In 1997, he joined Stiles Corporation, rising to Managing Director and overseeing more than $1 billion in development, acquisition and financing activity across Florida. During his tenure, he also founded Stiles Capital Partners, a $650 million institutional co-investment platform focused on properties throughout the southeastern United States.
In addition to his role as NAIOP South Florida President, Corlew has served on NAIOP boards at both the regional and national levels and remains actively involved in industry conferences and community development initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida and resides in Boca Raton with his wife and two children.
