Grover Corlew Properties Honored with Two Prestigious TOBY® Awards Recognizing Excellence in Commercial Property Management

Grover Corlew, a South Florida-based real estate investment management group, was recognized with two of the industry’s highest honors at the 2025 TOBY® Choice Awards Gala, hosted by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Broward, Palm Beach and Martin Counties at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.

Grover Corlew’s Turtle Run Shoppes in Coral Springs earned Retail (Open-Air) Center of the Year, led by Senior Property Manager Dagmar Rivera and supported by Assistant Property Manager Yserbi Melo, Maintenance Engineer Jorge Merlot and Maintenance Technician George Hidalgo.

Palmetto Park City Center in Boca Raton was named Office Building of the Year (Under 100,000 sq. ft.), led by Property Manager Paula Goffman along with Assistant Property Manager Renee Hutchinson and Maintenance Technician Luis Rodriguez.

“These awards recognize the dedication and expertise of our property management professionals who bring excellence to every project we operate,” said Grover Corlew partner Anuj Grover. “Dagmar, Paula and Team represent the best of Grover Corlew, delivering exceptional tenant experiences and maintaining the highest standards across our portfolio.”

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards are one of the most prestigious awards in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing excellence in building management and operations, maintenance and community impact. Winners of the local TOBY® Choice Awards may advance to regional and international competition.

Turtle Run Shoppes in Coral Springs, an open air 179,000-sq.-ft. retail center known for its diverse tenant mix and community focused design, completed a multi-million-dollar renovation that delivered successful wetlands mitigation, new retail spaces, a refreshed facade, extensive landscaping enhancements and five new monument signs. Similarly, the five-story, 66,606-sq.-ft. Palmetto Park City Center in downtown Boca Raton features a fully renovated lobby, ENERGY STAR® certification within steps of Mizner Park, Royal Palm Place and the Brightline station.

Together, these improvements reflect Grover Corlew’s ongoing commitment to elevating the value, sustainability and long-term performance of South Florida’s commercial real estate assets.

“We’re honored that both properties have been recognized by BOMA for excellence,” added Grover Corlew partner Mark Corlew. “It’s a testament to our team’s hard work and our mission to continually elevate the tenant experience across our portfolio.”
