Premium flexible workspace operator represents the latest addition to the company’s growing vision for a vibrant mixed-use destination along East Atlantic Boulevard
Grover Corlew today announced that Venture X Pompano Beach, operated by Priddy Spaces, has joined the company’s evolving Mayla Pompano mixed-use development, marking the latest milestone in the property’s continued transformation into a vibrant mixed-use destination along East Atlantic Boulevard.
Located at 2335 E. Atlantic Blvd., Venture X will occupy more than 20,000 sq. ft. across the building’s second, third and newly expanded fourth floors following the building’s significant renovation. Upon completion, the premium coworking destination will feature 85 private offices, four meeting rooms, collaborative workspace, hospitality-inspired reception and lounge areas, premium amenities and an outdoor balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Venture X also occupies space in Grover Corlew’s Palmetto Central office campus in Boca Raton, reinforcing the commitment of both companies to creating modern and high-quality workplace environments.
“Venture X fits in perfectly with our vision for Mayla Pompano,” said Mark Corlew, partner at Grover Corlew. “As we continue transforming the property, we’re bringing together a complementary mix of residential, dining, workplace and lifestyle offerings that enhance daily life for our residents, office tenants and the broader community. Venture X is a natural complement to that vision and another significant step in the continued evolution of the East Atlantic Boulevard corridor.”
Venture X joins the recently announced Calaveras Cantina in the renovated 2335 E. Atlantic office building, further building momentum at Mayla Pompano as Grover Corlew continues executing its long-term vision for the property.
Located adjacent to the Mayla Pompano luxury residences, Venture X members will enjoy convenient access to the mixed-use development’s retail tenants including Calaveras Cantina, with Publix, fitness studios, the beach and more all within walking distance.
“Pompano Beach is experiencing one of the most exciting transformations in South Florida,” said Kevin Priddy, Co-Founder & CEO, Priddy Spaces. “The combination of new residential development, improved infrastructure, vibrant dining and retail, and its proximity to the beach has created an environment where businesses and talent want to be. We’re proud to partner with Grover Corlew to bring Venture X to this property and invest in creating a premium workplace that reflects the quality and momentum of the surrounding community. We believe this will become one of the premier business destinations in the market.”
Grover Corlew has consistently invested in the approximately four-acre Mayla Pompano mixed-use development, including the adjacent luxury residential community and the reimagining of the office buildings at 2335 and 2401 E. Atlantic Blvd. Additional retail, dining and lifestyle announcements are expected as the company continues activating the property with complementary tenants and amenities.
