BOCA RATON, FL- Hair Club for Men is expanding its corporate headquarters operations here and will be relocating to more than 23,000 square feet of space at the former Interstate Plaza office building.
The hair restoration company has signed a long-term lease for 23,130 square feet that will encompass the entire third floor and a portion of the fi rst floor of the building. Hair Club for Men plans to create a modern and collaborative environment for its more than 120 local corporate staff members, including more than 60 contact center agents, according to Colliers International. The firm will be relocating its corporate headquarters from 515 S. Federal Highway in Boca Raton to the newly named Palmetto Place at Boca Raton.
South Florida. Colliers International EVP Robert Listokin represented Hair Club for Men in its new lease at 1499 W. Palmetto Park Road, as well as a 5,372-square-foot lease for a high-end salon at 1625 S. Congress Ave. in Delray Beach. Darcie Lunsford, SVP of Butters Realty & Management, represented Palmetto Place at Boca Raton owner Pompano-based Grover Corlew in the transaction. Hair Club for Men plans to occupy both locations by this November.

The newly reimagined 88,000 square-foot Palmetto Place at Boca Raton office building is undergoing a mult i-million renovation and repositioning. Grover Corlew acquired the existing building at 1499 W. Palmetto Park Road in 2016.
Grover Corlew partner Mark Corlew says the capital improvements at the property have “garnered overwhelming interest from the business community” and in addition to the Hair Club for Men, has produced lease deals with Gil bane Building Co. and Texas Instruments.
