Hair Club will move its headquarters, along with about 120 employees, to the Palmetto Place office in Boca Raton.
The global hair restoration and replacement company, formerly known as Hair Club for Men, signed a 23,130-square-foot lease at 1499 W. Palmetto Park Road. It will relocate from 1515 S. Federal Highway in Boca Raton and occupy the new space by November.
Landlord Grover Corlew was represented in the deal by Darcie Lunsford of Butters Realty & Management. Robert Listokin, of Colliers International South Florida, represented Hair Club.
“As Hair Club has modernized and evolved over the years, there was a need for their headquarters location to do the same,” Listokin said. “This property satisfies their requirement for a more efficient, prominent and accessible headquarters location and will better support their operations and employee base for years to come.”
Grover Corlew is in the process of renovating the 88,000-square-foot building with a redesigned lobby, bathrooms, common areas, elevators and tenant spaces. Hair Club’s signage will soon be added to the building.
“We are so pleased to have a well-respected global company like Hair Club make Palmetto Place @ Boca Raton its headquarters location,” said Grover Corlew Partner Mark Corlew. “Our strategic renewal of this well-situated and carefully designed property has garnered overwhelming interest from the business community.”
Hair Club is a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Aderans.
