(NEBA, Inc.).

A tenant for over 10 years, NEBA, Inc. has signed a 122-month lease at 2010 N.W. 150th Avenue, which is conveniently located at I-75 and Pines Boulevard. Purchased in December 2012, Grover Corlew has been in the process of revitalizing the two, two-story Herald Plaza office building.

“Our commitment to renovate this property was a key factor in NEBA’s decision to renew such a lengthy lease,” said Partner Mark Corlew. “We are glad that NEBA has decided to continue to make Herald Plaza its home.”
