Grover Corlew acquired the three-story, 69,715 sq. ft. Brandywine Centre I office building, situated on 5.64 acres, in February 2014. The company has invested over $500,000 in building upgrades including complete restroom and common area renovations, as well as building and mechanical system upgrades.
