Ian Rybovich-Stanley

Ian Rybovich-Stanley is Vice President, Commercial Construction for Grover Corlew.  Ian’s passion for construction runs deep, rooted in his family’s legacy of boat building. While he may have pursued a slightly different path, Ian’s commitment to excellence remains unwavering. With more than a decade of experience in construction management and project execution, Ian’s career has been marked by his dedication to delivering exceptional results across a diverse range of commercial real estate projects.

In 2021, Ian joined Grover Corlew, quickly rising through the ranks to assume a leadership role as Senior Construction Manager. He has been instrumental in overseeing numerous projects across South Florida, Orlando, and Atlanta, totaling over $100 million in value. From office spaces to retail establishments and large-scale renovations, Ian’s meticulous approach ensures that each project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

At Grover Corlew, Ian’s responsibilities encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to final closeout. He collaborates closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of projects, earning him a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry. He has played an integral role in the  sophisticated capital renovations of Grover Corlew’s Class A office properties in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach.

Ian’s career in the construction industry began at DC Construction, where he spent five years honing his skills as a project manager. During his tenure he managed a wide variety of projects, from industrial facilities to heavy civil work including private bridge construction, gaining valuable insights into various aspects of construction management.

Ian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University.
