Mark Corlew fell in love with real estate at age 6 when he remembers walking the concrete block foundations of his father’s projects across small towns in central Florida. Throughout college and after graduation Mark worked on numerous construction sites, which opened industry doors and inspired his career path. Today, Mark is a seasoned real estate veteran with more than 30 years of experience in acquisitions, development and management.
Mark co-founded Grover Corlew with the vision of creating a long-term real estate business platform offering exceptional service and long-term value. Since then, Grover Corlew has successfully acquired, renovated and sold commercial office, multifamily, and retail properties across the southeastern, U.S. As the company continues to expand, Mark and his partner Anuj Grover, continue to invest in unique real estate opportunities that offer long-term value and multi-faceted development prospects.
Mark began his career in Atlanta as an appraiser and consultant focused on RTC assignments and later joined CBRE where he specialized in multifamily housing. In 1997, Mark joined Stiles Corporation ascending to Managing Director while overseeing $1 billion in development, acquisitions and financing for Class A office and retail properties throughout Florida. Additionally, during his 15-year tenure at Stiles, Mark created Stiles Capital Partners, an institutionally focused $650 million co-investment fund focused on properties throughout the southeastern U.S.
A Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) board member both nationally and regionally, Mark actively participates in community development initiatives and conferences nationally. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Florida.
