Matthew Swanson is Vice President, Asset Management for Grover Corlew. He has more than 17 years of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, financing and asset management experience. His experience extends from commercial office real estate to industrial, retail, and multifamily assets. Matthew has been involved with the acquisition and disposition of approximately $3.7 billion of retail, office and multifamily properties.
Prior to joining Grover Corlew in 2015, Matthew served as Vice President for Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, a private equity firm focused on acquiring office, multifamily and retail properties with first-class joint venture partners throughout the United States. Previously, he served eight years in the suburban Chicago area as an analyst in due diligence and financial management roles with General Service Administration, DBSI, and The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies.
Matthew received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate Finance and Urban Economics from University of Wisconsin – Madison. Matthew serves as the treasurer of Wisconsin Alumni Association of Palm Beach and is a member of DePaul Real Estate Alumni, Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, ICSC, and Young Real Estate Professionals. Matthew holds a Florida Real Estate Managing Broker License.
