Palmetto Central
The two-building, 87,452-sq.-ft. office complex sits on 1.7 acres just east of I-95 near the Glades Road corridor and downtown Boca Raton. The 1499 building is home to Grover Corlew’s corporate headquarters and has undergone a complete transformation with extensive lobby, common area and tenant restorations, as well as replacement of nearly all of the building’s core mechanical systems. Upgrades to the 1499 building’s exterior façade as well as a complete renovation of the adjacent 1489 building are due to be completed in the near future.
