Four New Leases Signed At 1615 And 1625 Congress

98 percent occupancy follows renovations and rebranding

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (October 30, 2016) – South Florida-based real estate investment management firm Grover Corlew announces the signing of four new leases totaling more than 29,874 sq. ft. at Delray Central, formerly known as The Arbors, a 176,149 sq. ft., two building office complex in Delray Beach, bringing occupancy to 98 percent.

The new tenants include:
ExamSoft Worldwide has leased 14,438 sq. ft. of space in the 1615 Congress Avenue building. The privately owned educational software company with offices in Dallas and Delray Beach supports academic success by offering educators a tool to assist with enhanced student learning.

Kimley-Horn has relocated to 7,876 sq. ft. in the 1625 Congress Ave. building. Ranked among the top two retail and multi-unit residential land design firms in the nation, Kimley-Horn provides planning and design consulting services related to transportation, aviation, the environment, land development, transit, urban planning, landscape architecture and water resources.

L-com Global Connectivity, manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products and offers impactful solutions and customer service for the electronics and data communications industries, has leased 3,849 sq. ft. of space at the1615 Congress Avenue building.

Center for Diabetes, which offers training, education, treatment and support to those with diabetes, signed a lease for 3,711sq. ft. in the 1615 Congress Avenue building.

Grover Corlew, which focuses on acquiring, developing and operating office, retail and multi-family properties across the Southeast U.S., purchased The Arbors in 2015 and rebranded and renamed the properties 1615 Congress and 1625 Congress.

“We invested in extensive interior and exterior upgrades to these buildings which have led to the signing of several new leases,” said Partner Mark Corlew. “Tenants also find added value in the location, which is within close proximity to major roadways including I-95.”
