BOMA Orlando’s 2019 TOBY Awards event was emceed by Grover Corlew Partners Mark Corlew and Anuj Grover
ORLANDO, Fla. (January 15, 2019) – Orlando Central, a 46-acre executive office park owned by real estate investment management group Grover Corlew, was named Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) in the suburban office low rise category by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Orlando. Grover Corlew is a Florida-based group focused on acquiring, developing and operating office, retail and multi-family properties across the Southeastern U.S.

During the recent awards ceremony, Orlando Central also received honorable mention recognition in the “Best of the Best” category. In order to be considered for a TOBY Award, buildings must undergo rigorous inspection and surpass certain standards of building maintenance and management. Entrants must describe how the building management’s efforts have positively impacted the community from providing jobs to enhancing the community’s appearance. Tenant communications, energy conservation and building operations and maintenance are all evaluated when selecting the winners.
