Hair Club for Men to Expand, Relocate Headquarters to Boca Raton Complex

Hair Club for Men ls expanding its corporate headquarters operations hero and will be relocating to more than 23.000 Square feet of space at the former Interstate Plaza office building.

The hair restoration company has signed a long-term lease for 23,130 square feet that will encompass the entire third Door and a portion of tho 6rst Door or the building. Hair for Men plans to create a modem and collaborative environment for its more than 120 local corporate staff members. Including more than 60 contact center agents, according to Colliers International. The firm will be relocating its corporate headquarters from S15 S. Federal Highway In Boca Raton to the newly named Palmetto Place at Boca Raton.

South Florida. Colliers international executive vice president Robert Listokin represented Hair Club for Men in its now lease at 1499 W. Palmetto Park Road. as well as a 5,372-squaro-foot lease for a high end salon at 1625 S. Congress Ave. In Delray Beach. Darcie Lunsford. senior vice president or Butters Realty & Management, represented Palmetto Place at Boca Raton owner Pompano based Grover Corlew in the transaction. Hair Club for Men plans to occupy both locations by this November.

This property satisfies their requirement for a more efficent, prominent and accessibleo headquarters location and will better support their operations and employee base for years to come.”

The newly reimagined 88,000 square foot Palmetto Place at Boca Raton office building is undergoing a multi million renovation and reposistioning. Grover Corlew acquired the existing building at 1499 W. Palmetto Park Road in 2016.

Grover Corlew partner Mark Corlew says the capital improvements at the property have “garnered overwhelming interest from the business community” and in addition to the Hair Club for Men has produced lease dealsvtth Gilbane Building Co. and Texas Instruments.
